Position Descriptions

Position descriptions detail the duties, responsibilities, remuneration and benefits of a job. 

It provides a club with the chance to specify what you need from a role and can be used as the basis to develop a job advertisement. 

A position description also provides an employee or volunteer with a clear understanding of responsibilities.
 

Commodore

The Commodore is primarily responsible for the club to meet its obligations as set out in the club rules.

Ensures the successful management of all water-related activities and the welfare of participants during club competitions

Provides support to the Commodore. This is a great position for someone preparing to become the Commodore.
