Amendments to the Special Regulations

Four new amendments have been made to the Special Regulations and will come into effect on the 1st November 2025. The amendments do not require a major change for boat owners.

IRC revalidations for 2025 have commenced.

As of the 18th of May 2025, all IRC certificates will be issued as 2025 editions. These certificates will become active on the 1st of June 2025. The Australian Sailing Ratings Hub has been updated and is now accepting 2025 applications.

The 2025 Australian Yachting Championships is in Hobart

Sails must be measured and stamped

Removing fixed equipment under IRC
