Training In Focus: Live

Training in Focus: Live is Australian Sailing’s biennial development event for Instructors, Discover Sailing Centre Principals, and Administrators. Held every two years, it brings together the national Discover Sailing Centre network in each State and Territory for a mix of practical workshops, guest speakers, and opportunities to share ideas, challenges, and successes. 

The next round of face-to-face Training in Focus: Live events will take place in 2026.

Instructor Development Webinars – 2025

To support continued learning and connection between face-to-face events, Australian Sailing is delivering a national series of Instructor Development Webinars throughout 2025.

These webinars are designed to provide the same value and focus as the Training in Focus: Live events – with flexible, online access. Whether you're instructing on water, coordinating programs, or managing your centre, the webinars will support your ongoing development and connection to the national network.
