Completing Audits

Auditors are reminded that when completing audit forms, all boxes need to be ticked.
Where there are issues of non-compliance or missing items, auditors may accept the commitment by the person in charge to procure the missing item in the near future. Auditors do not necessarily have to revisit the boat but may be satisfied with appropriate documentary evidence sent electronically. Typical examples include a photograph and/or receipt sent by email.
Remember that the same Auditor needs to complete and sign the Audit Form for it to be successful audit.
