Appeal Decisions Published

Two new appeal decisions have been published to the website.
Members of the Rules Specialist Group have been involved in making decisions on two appeals recently, these are now published on the website.
The first appeal was about a request for redress after a scoring method change while the second appeal was around Part 2 of the RRS – When boats meet.
