Appeals published to AS website

A new appeal has been published to the Australian Sailing website. Reading appeals is a terrific way to learn how the Racing Rules of Sailing are applied to different situations.
The appeal is from the Manly 16ft Skiff Sailing Club and concerns boats tacking within the zone and the top mark.
