Rules Specialist Group Opinions

The Rules Specialist Group have given their opinion on two different questions posed to them as the season looks toward starting up again.
The Rules Specialist Group is comprised of International and National Umpires and Judges who volunteer their time to help the sport of sailing.
This time they have been asked one question seeking to clarify when a race should be cancelled or abandoned under RRS 32.1 (d). The other question relates to when boats from different races meet and how are the Racing Rules of Sailing applied.
