Sanctions and Tribunal Decisions
On 2 October 2024, Australian Sailing imposed Provisional Action in respect of Benjamin Garner, suspending his Dinghy Instructor, Keelboat Instructor and Sailing Coach accreditations until further notice.
On 7 November 2025, Australian Sailing imposed Provisional Action on Mark Gillies in the following terms:

- You must not enter Bendigo Yacht Club premises, except to retrieve personal property while under the supervision of a person approved by the Bendigo Yacht Club.
- You must not have any contact with Shannon Wilson.
- You must not consume alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol on the premises of any club affiliated with Australian Sailing, or at an event organised by an entity affiliated with Australian Sailing.
- You must comply with any court order against you.
