Payment Class IDs

What is a payment class ID?

Payment classes are used to define your registration fees, or membership types/categories, within your account.

Each time you create a payment class, the system also creates a payment class ID number linked to the current season in your portal. When your portal has a season rollover and you bring forward your payment classes into the new season,  you also have new payment class ID numbers.

Why is this important?

This is important to know, especially if your club/class share direct links to payment classes OR if your club is using the Australian Sailing Membership API.

You may need to update:
- QR Codes
- Posters or flyers
- Direct links used on your websites
- APIs

How to find your payment class ID number

FINANCE    payment classes
Click on   edit 
Within the edit page of your payment class, the URL in your browser has a number. This is your payment class ID number (see below)

You may need to notify your 3rd party system provider with new ID numbers if your club is using the membership API.
 

How to find your new payment class link/URL 

FINANCE    payment classes
Click on   edit   click on  registration link
This will open the link for the payment class in a new tab. You can now copy and share this link where required.
