.csv file for scoring software providers

Australian Sailing have revised the format of the CSV file of Australian Sailing Yardsticks to make it easier for results software suppliers to keep their files of yardsticks up to date. The new file consists of a header line and five columns: 

1. Type of boat, OTB, Keelboat, Catamaran 
2. Code for this yardstick - this will not change over time 
3. Display name of the yardstick - may change over time 
4. Yardstick value - may change over time 
5. Last date changed - will change over time

The list is only updated once a year in early September unless we have made an error or omission and then the file is re-loaded, but with the same name. Results software suppliers can download this file regularly to ensure that the latest yardsticks are always being used.
